I have some good news today, that I am not ashamed to be happy about.
Today I had a dentist appointment and I checked out in cleanliness and
flossed three times including at the appointment. And as for my
blood pressure my exercising has paid off cause I have a healthy
number! something to celebrate.
That seemed to put a smile on mom's face. I'm gonna stick
to using the fitbit and walking with leslie and also working out
I'm not gonna stop til I get to my goal. I think mom only knows
my goal.
